Key Insight

From fragmented to fluid

Like many fast-moving startups, Blueprint had a bold vision but a fragmented experience—multiple teams moving quickly without a shared system. We worked from the inside out: aligning product strategy, technical capability, and team workflows. Over six weeks, we developed a comprehensive Design System, redesigned the product’s first release, and implemented a connected marketing website. From onboarding to in-class activities to the public site, the experience now flows with one unified logic—making it easier for schools to adopt, easier for students to navigate, and easier for the team to evolve.

Key Insight

Embedding design as capability

This wasn’t just a design project—it was a capability build. Our team didn’t operate as an external agency; we embedded alongside Blueprint’s product and engineering teams, establishing ways of working that Blueprint could sustain. Together, we tested user journeys, refined the roadmap, and delivered a release-ready product and site. Most importantly, we laid the groundwork for the next phase—embedding a full design function inside Blueprint, with a roadmap for continuous product and marketing improvements guided by real customer needs.
